Ebenezer affirms the historic beliefs of the Church of Jesus Christ found in the Apostles Creed.
We believe in one God, the source of all love, who is manifest in three ways of being, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that God is the creator of the world. We believe humans suffer from the pain of sin and cannot save themselves from sin’s consequences without God’s help. We believe God sent Jesus Christ to save and reconcile the world to God, that Christ is the only way to salvation. We believe in the Holy Spirit at work in the lives of all Christians to renew our lives and the world. We believe the Church of Jesus Christ is universal in nature, open to all people by baptism and profession of faith.
We believe there is hope for everyone. We believe you are loved. We believe you have a place to belong. We believe God has given you a purpose in this life.
